First of all, wrong place, second of all, yeah it does look kinda like farming, but, he could be busy? Or just a noob? But, yeh, might be the wrong place to post this, bud.

Farming is where 2 people set up a system to make Qi or Tc quickly.
Eg conversation:
1: Hey man, I had this cool idea to get a high belt quickly.
2: What is it?
1: I'll make a server and we take it in turns to win 10 games each.
2: That would work
To the screenshots, it doesn't really look like farming to me. There is nothing totally defining about them. Where he doesn't fight back, that could be because of a number of reasons.
Where he said I'm just gonna let you win, it could be because they were friends, he could have just given up because there was no way out. Wanted a quick restart and rematch.
