This guy called santahoho seems to be on the same account three times (multi/triple-logging?), he was also threatening to ban/hack me for calling him a noob. What is he some tori-agent/ninja or something?

Well he isn't part of the staff, and he can't ban you. Also he can't hack you unless he knows your pass which I'm sure he doesn't. So there is nothing to worry about. You won't get banned or hacked.
