heh...i opened the custom folder when i was playing and suddenly, in the next turn EVERY head turned white! i closed toribash and the custom folder but the white heads still remained. can anyone help?

Can you post the content of the file stderr.txt (it's in the Toribash folder)

Does the file head.tga in custom\hampa exists ?

i am using XP.
the head in hampa folder does exist.

Somehow you've deleted all head textures.
They are being downloaded as you play.

Extract the attached zip to the custom folder to have tori & uke's head textures by default.

so i just put it in the custom folder right?

Yes. extract the zip.
It will create two folders in the custom folder: uke , tori.
In each it will create a head.tga file.
All the rest of the textures should be downloaded while the game is running.
