Vista problems
Got my new laptop, and immediately saw problems on Toribash.
These Menus doesn't work:
Replays
Mods
Quit
Scripts
A window appears, where it says problems has occured, and then it closes Toribash.
I can't quit so that the settings what I have done stays there.
It's annoying always to but Frame Skipping 1 etc...

Toribash lags, even without shaders.
MUCH.
FPS always about 30.

Name: ATI RADEON XPRESS 1100
Manufacturer: ATI Technologies Inc.
DAC Type: Internal DAC(400MHz)
Approx. Total Memory: 895 MB
Current Display Mode: 1280 x 800 (32 bit) (60 Hz)
Monitor: Generic PnP Monitor

I don't know if I can see other players' heads, but I can see mine.

So, can anyone tell what is the problem?
And how to fix it...
Pretty annoying that I get my laptop late and when I get it at last, it doesn't work properly.
stderr.txt please.
"Call yourself alive? I promise you you'll be deafened by dust falling on the furniture,
you'll feel your eyebrows turning to two gashes, and your shoulder blades will ache for want of wings."
There's nothing in stderr.txt.
I reinstalled it and it the bugging menus worked once when I clicked them, then they became to not work again...
It's Vista. Is the embodiment of kill all fun.

I recommend either downgrading to XP or upgrading to a working service pack.

Either downgrade to XP or upgrade to a working service pack, in my opinion.

I can't hear, I can't hear, laalaalaalaalaa...
Keep this kind of posts out, please.

Or you could instead. Mini-mod much? ~evil

Meh, k then.
I'm not commenting to that kind of posts, is that okay? :3
I'm just seeking help but not "XP ftw" help.

yeah... tonakai, if you wish to play any game with a computer using vista, you have to have

1. A really freakin' good processor
2. A very strong graphics card
3. At least 1 GB of ram (though I think that you are close enough)
4. You have to hope that your vista isn't a dud (failure). Most vista packages are, so you have to hope the one installed on your computer is one of the few good ones. (It's like 1 in 4 lol)
Since when did I become Asian?

Toribash is the only game what I play, and I can play it, just replays, mods and stuff doesn't work.
Actually, I can use mods and scripts with the commands, but replays are an other thing.
I play Free Rider 2 when I am VERY bored, and it works fine.
i have vista and i have always 65 fps with shaders and everything on.
are you sure you have Toribash 3.1 and vista updated?

FPS 65!? I thought 61 was maximum...
Yes, I am 100% sure I have Toribash 3.1, not any kind of beta.
I have Windows Vista Home Premium, I'm gonna check about the update...
