i would like to know how to become gm, gk or, smod i have seen them and wondered how and havent saw anything on how to become one or see any applications.

You can do this, or you can send an application to an admin(iirc), which is people with a red name, a list of all moderators is found here.

You should do some stuff to help around the forums and ingame, report bad posts and learn the rules and stuff, there are more ways you can contribute to the community other then being a moderator, such as helping new people in the beginners sanctuary, becoming a teacher or even helping people in the support board.

using IRC is pretty much a requirement to get any power whatsoever as well.

Not true. I rarely ever used IRC before I became a member of Msquad.

-you must active irc,games,forums
-you must fair,honest,patient,rich(optional) and etc
-you must know what to do if you become of there job
-descipline
-the important is no ussles

if you can do this, you are redy, i think you can post an apps to Admins(use PM)
or post apps in irc,whisper/query to the admins
