IMA HAZIN A PROBLEM
can someone please tell me how to make one of those rotating head textures because i have alot of those that id like to sell. and when i say texture i mean the pictures not that id like to sell a customizeable head... PLEZ HELP OR ILL HAVE TO KILL A KITTEH

actually this hasnt helped me at all i opened gimp clicked globe and it didnt spin nor did allow me to put it in a new thread so DONT close this PLZ HALP

What you could do is make the spinny in Gimp/Gimp2.
Sly already posted about the tut.
Use the tut's instructions and then: (This is the part you forgot)
Upload your spinny/head texture into imageshack or photobucket or something like that.
You can't just upload a picture/spinny from your computer to the forums.
It's impossible. (Well, at least it is for me)
It didn't spin when you saved it because you probably saved it as a picture file (Jpeg, png, bitmap, etc.) instead of a Gif file.
Click save-as and save the spinny as "*Name Here*.gif"
