2. The TB server is temporarily down.
3. Basically your connection is shit.
Try in a day or two, if it's still not working, reinstall ToriBash.

What server(s) are you trying to join?
1) Your firewall/internet connection may be blocking you access to TB. (Try deactivating your firewall, or fixing your internet connection.)
2) Your QI may be too high/low to join the server. (Certain restrictions may be put on the server.)
3) All the TB servers may be down for maintenance.
