i have bought from misc a flame and it says i need to forge one i go to forge and whem i click create it says that i need 116000tc

You have bought a flame particle texture. It allows you to change an existing flame, it doesn't give you a flame. This is entirely your mistake, it even says in bold "REQUIRES AN EXISTING FLAME/FORGED FLAME TO USE This item does not give a flame" we will not fix this.
