Anyway i like whats done so far but i think this will look a bit weird on tha sphere.

I dislike those circles in the ear area.. It is a good way to make the mapping easier for you, but you see it everywhere... so

other than that it looks promising.

It is there. And it is really hard to put highlights on a white plate...

You can't highlight something that's white..
My advise is to make it a bit darker, so you can.
