you should contact support, or better yet, put this in the support section.

I'm sure the answer is simple, but if you don't find one, I'd delete and unistall your game, then re-install it.

Try going into the Toribash folder and deleting the custom folder.

For Windows Vista:

C:\Games\Toribash-3.x\

Delete the folder called "Custom", and restart Toribash.

No,when I started Toribash, when I see Hampa's old headkick,uke is also purple!

Delete your custom folder, in C:/Games/Toribash 3.91/
Go start or hit the windows key, then click my computer or computer if your using vista or 7, then open your main drive, usually called local disc or something similar, then look for the folder called "Games" open it, then open "Toribash"(the version is after toribash such as toribash 3.91 or similar) then inside that folder there is a folder called "custom", delete it.

Then boot up toribash, go into freeplay, type /dl uke then hit enter, then type /dl tori and hit enter again.

See if that helps.

Thats the solution right there.

Delete your custom folder, and try to /dl uke and others for their texture. But they should load automatically in multiplayer.
