before my toribash was all ok now it lags on multiplayer and single player . any Ideas HELP

is toribash the only thing open when it's lagging?

Try downloading Toribash again. Thats what I did when some things weren't working as they should.....

Quit, reopen. You probably accidentally tried to switch on shaders.
