I created an alt, FloTourn, a bank of a french event, who was deleted because of the hack. I e-mailed the support 5 months ago and I never had my tc back or an answer.

They probably did not think you were telling the truth.

So I'll lost all of the tc because they "think" I didn't say the truth ?

You need some form of proof, if you are going to get a response.
Just get valid proof and then send another email to [email protected]
You can always just google a thread that you made before the role back and there is a button that says cashe. Click it and it will bring up the old thread and you might be able to find something that can help you.

Threads arent really evidence. Valid proof would be knowing an email address linked to that account.
