It's not splattered with effects and filters. That's a plus.
The background however looks blurred to me.
I like how you did the font. Looks like the original one.

Looks pretty sick mate, love the font and the simplicity. The glow effects really bring out the epic in it. Also I'm glad it's not spammed with effects and such as AHD said. All in all great work, a 9/10 from me

Hmm this might sound a bit repeative. The background looks a bit stretched, there is a white thing there behind the II that looks bad, and I think you uploaded or saved it in poor quality.

I like the font and choice of colors, but its far from perfect.

Also it would look much better if the whole II was visible.
