I really like it but, I would say if you replaced the yellow layers of hair with more of a purple it would look great.

Looks great, love how it is simple, yet detailed. Perfect in its own way. I personally don't like how the hair is so smooth and empty, apart from the sides of course. But obviously this would be because of the cartoon look you're going for.

The head looks great. Change the yellow layers to a different color. Preferably a darker type.
