I like your tribal work too bad you don't do them more often
about the head itself I like the eyes and the nose the ears are good too but they need some tribalish look (maybe some tribal earing)
all together is 9.5/10
can't wait to see finished version

Finally, i've been waiting for you to do something new for ages.
It's amazing the way it is now, but i'd add solid colour circle pupils too it, I think it would look nicer. Other than that I don't really have any other comments.

none of my recent works have pupils, i like going for the blank emotionless stare kind of look.
pupils dont really work with the "impression lines" kind of thing anyway
