You have to have a computer that supports shaders for it to do that, Might want to check that (my guess is that your computer does not support shaders)

Open toribash.exe, then go to:

Menu > options > set "shaders" on.

That means that you cannot have this feature, if you want to has the shaders feature.
You need to change your graphics card (if you have tried the menu > setup > options > shaders).
