You find the video you want to use and you copy and paste the url into the post reply box.

For example - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SS9cTjFFWow

Now you need to remove everything but the letter at the end of the url.

Now it should look like this - SS9cTjFFWow

Then add the tags [ YOUTUBE ] [/ YOUTUBE ] (without the spaces).

[YOUTUBE SS9cTjFFWow [/YOUTUBE] (remove the spaces and add you are good to go.) (I had to remove the ] so that you could see what the end product should look like.)
