ffmpeg.exe
Alright, I downloaded 3.2 recently and noticed the installer came with some program called ffmpeg.exe. I clicked it and nothing happens.

So... what does it do?

Supposedly compiles the .ppm files rendered from movie.lua into an MPEG. Personally, I've never managed to get it to work.
