It says error to open toribash , no response

and in Stderr :

how i fix it?

Details: my problem is that now i have to use other pc that isnt the other that was mine ,and this shi* haves windows VISTA u.u i need to know what to change in regedit

is that the replay in your toribash directory??

no , i only try to open the normal tb.exe no a replay i dont know why that appear in the error
the tb.exe that appear in desktop

1) Log in as an administrator and reinstall Toribash.

my really problem was a thing called dap (security) that i had to put off u.u not only adm cause with adm was the same problem
