The hair is mirrored, what person have you ever seen with mirrored hair :O? don't be lazy bro, and it's pretty weird looking.
the mouth is ok, you just messed up the eyes and the hair.
And this is worth about 700tc

I like it, it looks pretty nice. Maybe the mouth could be smaller, but that's just my preference. The hair looks nice, the eyes look nice. And as you said, it's a pretty standard emo head.
