The first replay is just done in one attempt, but the second is part of a replay made for an event so I did actually try in that one and the running's still off.

to run you need to be in high gravity.

if you even on high gravity don't know, search for tutorials. Only after you know running you'll be able to try parkours.

The first replay was something I did in just a couple minutes, must have forgotten to increase the gravity. The second replay is in -30.00, and I have completed that mod with two different replays. The one I posted is a portion of the first (and worse) attempt which includes some running that it seems you didn't watch or didn't care to comment on. I realise now that asking for help in this way is pointless as this is the only type of response I'm going to receive. And yes, I've read the tutorials and all that.
