I have the + thing fixed recently but my activated and uploaded head texture which I have had since I bought the game 3 months before version 3 AND my qi are now gone. Since the sticky thread regarding this problem being resolved has gone, I would like to ask if anything can be done about this.

The belts system is a bit glitchy. It doesn't update anymore and you might lose belts. Just wait for this.

For the Head Texture, try deactivate and reactivate it, and upload the new texture.

Yea, My clan leader Stellar got knocked down to a brownbelt and he was a 3rd dan blackbelt.
