what are happening? that game get alot of players seems that everyone is disappearing

If you try to say that you can't see the full list of players in a server when there are more than about 20, then you just have to scroll down a bit to see the rest of the list.
If that's not what you mean, please try to explain what you mean again. You may want to ask in your mother tongue.
