Why don't put them back? only one are too peoples to join so it takes more time

The servers will come and go as they do.
The servers are taken down from time to time for bug fixes, or to keep us from hitting the TC cap.
If you don't feel like waiting in the queue, then don't.
Play in other servers if you can't be patient.
