First Move in Toribash: Double Arm Rip
I just started Toribash and i came up with this move :
DEMO SETTINGS
Press "C"
Relax Both Shoulders and Elbows.
Extend Wrists.
Grab-Hands.
Contract Both Pecs.
Extend Both Ankles.
Contract Both Knees and Hips.
Contract Abs.
SPACE x2
Extend Both Knees and Hips.
