I emailed support about my account demon yesterday and still have not got a response and I am wondering why.

The support email often takes time. It gets a lot of mails, and therefore takes a long time to process. Be patient.

Just eager to get my account back.

As aslask said just be patient, over a thousand accounts were hacked, so it may take a while for them to reach your email.
In the mean time ill close this thread, wll be opened if needed.
