My computer can't run shaders, and I remember using a program back in the day that allowed me to preview textures with shaders. Does anyone know the name of that program?

ummm well if you cant run shader a program wont help.
and the only solution is to update yur graphic card drivers
and if it doesnt work
well your card cant handle them.
