Is it c/p to take three views of a head that may be found on the internet and skew, twist, morph, and edit it into a head?

yes because you c/p the heads from somewhere, doesnt matter if you change them, the image you based it on wasnt yours.

either way, c/p is not really that frowned upon. dont take other peoples textures though.
