I have a head texture that i would like to give to my friend but when i try to transfer it, it does not appear to be transferable, can i still send it to him, or does this world truly suck?
It's not technically impossible, as we've seen with the art of war 'emblems'.
It's just that until our glorious leaders decide to make them transferable, you're out of luck...
It doesn't because his friend as no head texture so he can't use the file.

...because he doesn't have the Tc?
