so I actually get 20 frames more than tb 3.90, but I cant make my tori move fast, I made a replay and it was slow, then I pasted it into the tb r.90 folder and woop!
its actually fast!
any ways to fix it?

maybe 3.91 its set to Frame Rate 60
and you may not be able to run it on the 60 fps itself

in 3.9 its set on Frame Rate 30 (i guess)
which is faster if you cant play on 60.

try to check the Setup-Options in 3.91 if its set to 60 just change to 30 ;)
