how can i achieve full juryo and full chronos

i had the full juryo but the achievement is not showing up but in chronos i have fifteen item

If you still haven't received the achievement, I suggest dont sell it first because sometimes it is a bug that you haven't received an achievement and you need to contact the authority..

Yea, I've had full chronos and I sold it in an hour... never got my achievement

Achievement is kinda long even if you have achieve it , i've got "the road to fame" , achieve rank 1000 , for a week since i got that rank

does the rank need to be a Global rank of 1000?
I mean exactly 1000?
Since i've been in rank 104 in Black belts and 90 in Global Rankings. Should I lower my rank to get 1000 achievement?

I think it would be a waste to lower ur rank :s
