Question about making a clan.
The clan tut says you need 20000tc to make a clan, do you need the tc before you make the [DSC] topic?

No, not really. But still, that's kinda important for an official clan, to have like a personal base of sorts. While the criterias for officiality seems to have faded a bit, it's still a wee bit important to have established members, servers and organization. Or else you may get a lower reputation when you get official.
