It's 100,000 TC to get a name change, and you send it to a super moderator (as far as I know).

So you would have to send your money directly to a super moderator, or purchase TC with your dollars, then transfer the TC to a super moderator.

I don't know the TC to USD rate, I think it might be $1 = 10,000 TC

You can buy TC with USD and then get the namechange. Also only admins and ninjas can do it, smods can't ;o
