Long time no posting new works.
Summer. Rain. Boredom.
I was surfing on net and was inspired by some icon designs.
That's why I decided to make something. Just for myself.
No rush, I was trying to make it perfect.
Result is here - new re-designed internet Explorer browser icon.



Also, as some of you can see, I was also inspired by Windows 7 and Vista aurora design.
It would be also good to recieve some suggestions and criticism.

o dam. almost made me want to use internet explorer. untill i realized it was internet explorer. but great job, nice style

the 'e' looks bare
add the orbital like the original one
i like the background tho, simple and nice
but i think it's more of a background/ wallpaper than icon

this, but yeah, really like the style. just really add something to that 'e', would like to see what you could do to mozilla and what-not.

I don't like that orbit. I think it will ruin all hard work and style.
Maybe will try, but still I can't guarantee it.
And yeah, it looks like a wallpaper, but it was made just for a nice presentation.
Mozilla is more difficult to re-design. It has more detailes and such.
I am planning to re-desigh Windows icon or atleast re-create it.

I like how the e is now. Agre that the orbit can ruin the hard work and style.
