Please help!! im still junior member

here's the story :

i play toribash , then i click multiplayer, and i play the game, i see in the left bottom corner my TC is about 2000. then i click torishop and i buy aqua force,
then the windows of my google chrome appear the link is http://forum.toribash.com/tori_shop_item.php?id=49

i notice there is "You do not have enough Toricredits to buy this item." words

but now my TC is 560, i feel so curious

i open toribash game and click free play. it appear 'download of teritories complete' but i still found my force color is default color, brown.

What should i do?

Also, you have to go http://forum.toribash.com/tori_inventory.php?sid=-1 and activated it.

After it's activated just go in game and type /dl teritories.

what must i activate? it seem there are no choice in the link
