Okay so recently I found a way to re-size images without losing any quality AT ALL and well I know its a profession and people pay photographers
100's of dollars to have a image re-sized without lost of quality if you prefer some of you kind people can send a google picture of anything for me to show an example so people don't think I'm doing this only to get peoples textures

So post a price range on what you think its worth

Re-sizing without losing quality is actually very easy and doesn't take more then 20 minutes. Congratulations on discovering it for yourself, but, you're late :P

Use vector magic. Its a good online resizing. It also features a desktop edition.

But for that kind of resizing a very small image. it may not look the same when you zoom it. It will still need additional major editing.
