no its not, its simply called stealing their flat.

they post it and thats used for someone who requested that. they would usually take the link or image off, or they would expect that people would realize that taking it would get them infracted or banned. plus, why would you just randomly be snooping around texture threads for flats to steal?

If you are stupid enough to do this then you will be caught and you will be banned. Usually a 3 month ban unless the moderator feels like you deserve more, then it could be 6 months or more.

And yes, we do pay attention to someone more if they suggest doing this like you have.
