Is there any place on the forums where I can request a texture?

I have a head texture in mind that I would like made and am willing to pay a good sum of TC for it however I'm not quite sure where (or even if) I can request it.

Also I have an image of a head texture I really like that I found one day and I'd like to post it and ask if someone could make something similar.

However I'm not sure if that counts as plagiarism, I also do not know the identity of who made the texture originally.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What about the whole plagiarism thing? Sorry to bother you again but I'd just like to be completely sure on everything.

As long as it's not the flat, it's fine. A reference is good for requests.

By flat do you mean the pure 2D image without it being a sphere yet? because I have the one that is already a sphere but is flat. (Not spinning or anything)

I mean the 128 or 512 resolution flat image that you put onto a texture.
