It's been 5-8 weeks since I told RayA75 About my lost account.

And the support email never came I need help. Because nobody is telling me what happened.I can still login to it ingame but i cant play online or forum. Can i get Some Help.

Email [email protected] again. We just got a new support person, and hes kinda slow. ( <3 Lapsus ) But yeah email them again, they can fix it.

How many emails did you send them?
If they don't reply to your first email in within week, feel free to email them again ([email protected]).
Please keep in mind that they receive hundreds of emails everyday, so it's hard to solve every single case they get in the same day.
