I don't know if this is a hack or a very bad glitch, but I think it is a hack.

its a collicion glitch,when lot of joints or part of the body are touched at the same time the dq dont work(notice the lag you have).

And this should be fixed.

This is a simple collision bug that occurs for numerous reasons; lag being one of them.
