If you have any idea's of what I should add, please tell me.
And, if I want to sell this, what kind of price could I sell it for?

Pretty bad, it's all drawn with a brush/pencil tool on paint, the glow isn't necessary, glasses are just squares, and so on.
We can call this a "Noob Head", if you will. 2/10
Probably 500TC max.
Also, no offense, you look like a pretty cool guy.
