First you need toriprime like I do then get Forum VIP I have only toriprime so I'm not allowed to have "GIFs".

When you got vip you got 250x250 avatar+gif avatar bigger signature custom user title etc.. like i have

After that, upload a .GIF file for your pic the same way you upload a regular one.

To do so you need to buy ToriPrime+VIP package subscribtion.
To use a bigger avatar, such as 150x150 pixels and unlimited signature characters numbers, you to to also buy ToriPrime+VIP. Sigpic up to 650x200 pixels, although, some people used the [IMG] tags.
