So... my problem is a bit weird.

I've thought about buying the icon on this page:

but when I i was directed to the paypal site and logged in, I realized that I didn't have enough $ for it and closed the window.

Now the icon appeared in my deactivated inventory, I still have the same amount of $ in my paypal acc and it's working ingame.
