Well I recently got an iPod touch. I thought this would fit into this topic because of music. But here it is:

I go to the app store on my iPod touch and try to download free apps. My sister does the same thing, but the only difference is my iPod will not download the app games. It keeps asking for my apple ID and it wants me to pay a 12 dollar a month fee. My sister does not need to do this, and I cannot get into the app store or download songs from iTunes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
