I purchased tc and I havent received them yet 5 days passed.

It's the holidays and there's been a lot of downtime involved.

On top of that, the guy who responds to most of the support emails is having computer troubles.

I purchased TC too, but didn't get them, what should i do and when i'll receive it?

It will take a time to get back a response though, because it's the holidays/they're living their lives/main guy's computer is broken.
