It's been reported that sometimes when people buy things from Nabi (items/TC), their accounts get added to the greylist (for some undetermined reason).
To get your account removed from the greylist, send an email to [email protected] and ask them to remove it for you.
Expect some downtime as it's the holidays and the guy who handles most of the cases has a messed up computer.

you will be automatically removed from the greylist after a certain amount of time anyway, so if you don't receive a reply just wait it out.
