Texture Problems
I'm having problems with a new texture set i was given.

Me and soku have narrowed it down (To what we think is the problem) alpha layer in channels (on PS cs3)

I wanted parts to be Transparent but when the alpha is black (which lets it become transparent) the texture doesn't show up.

1 texture worked, the right foot. I checked and found the alpha was white.

How do i fix this problem (I want transparent, but if not, how do i get none transparent?)
Yeah, I'm kind of a NUBCAEK when it comes to transparency so,
it'd be a real help if you could fix this for IcyPants ;)
(by you, I mean anyone, and everyone, at the same time )

are you uploading it as a .tga? (because the converter could be messing up transparency)

Soku sent it as a tga, and im uploading it as a tga ya.

Also, when im uploading it, appart from the right foot, ALL of it goes transparent

If it is all black, then the whole texture will be invisible, the parts you want to be visible need to be white on the alpha layer. To fix this easily, you would want the .psd files without the images already flattened.
