I am an experienced toribash player i purchased a new computer after years and i had to create a new account. I download toribash and when i go to play multiplayer my program stops responding and then closes....my computer is brand new (less than a week old) and yet i can't access the multiplayer lobbies.. if anybody can help or give advice in anyway... it would be appreciated....

Alrighty. First of all, this isn't a complaint. It even says in the title of the forum to read the the rules. Moving to support.

As for the crashing when you head to multiplayer, I'd need more details.

Can you play sp fine?

What are your computer specs?

What version of toribash are you using?

Check your toribash directory for an err.txt document as well.

If your computer is new and crashes when you enter multiplayer it's probably a VC++ out of date issue, check out this thread for updating Visual C++:

VC++'s latest update isn't packaged with windows, but it's free and easy to download and install.
