You could start by fixing the eyes, their not really round, more like ovals.
I like the idea of the head, but maybe blue as the skin colour isnt that perfect, that depends on what you like, tho.

Nice head. But the mouth is two big and so are the eyes. I don't really understand the hands. Overall its a good head maybe recolor it and make a set to go with it.

Great! Really nice head. Mouth isn't too big nor small. Eyes are mapped properly and the highlights aren't mirrored.

It could have some shading to mark how big the cheeks are but that isn't necessary.
