Anyways, really clean and beautiful shading, I like how you mapped the sides :o
But I can smell a faint seam on the back :F
What I personally think you should change is that mustache thing in the front, looks good...But It looks like it floats in the air, try to attach it to something : D
I don't like how the plate over the brow is faplicated and moved up a bit....

This looks exactly like AlphasoniK's unfinished demon head....Was it your reference ?
It's also cluttered, avoid using a lot of objects in one head texture since they don't look symmetrical.
Good mapping, but the plate on the mouth is bugging me.
There is a bit of flow, but some objects ruin it (like the mouth plate)
Use more colors, it looks dull now.
The could use a bit of depth along with the face itself.
These are mostly the negatives^ the rest is good.

Amazing head! The eyes and body plate kick it all off. I like that you used a range of shadings/colors,overall the head is Amazing. Unfortunately there's one thing I don't like... And that is the way the claws (or whatever they are) cut deep into the head.
